Afrocentric contemporary style

Afrocentric interior design is a style that is inspired by the rich cultural traditions of Africa. This incorporates elements such as bold patterns, natural materials, vibrant colors and ethnic artefacts that creates warm atmosphere. Afrocentric interior is characterized with colors schemes that reflects the natural beauty of the continent Africa. It also incorporates tones like earthen colour or deep browns, greens and oranges that are accented with bright hues like reds, yellows and blues for both tropical and cohesive look and feel.   1. For me, any interior deco without a touch of africa designed art in it is lame. My reason is because africa is art and art is africa.
